Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 450g fresh or frozen bread dough, thawed according to package directions
- 175g reserved Nicoise olives, coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
How to make Kalamata bread
1) Preheat oven to 200C/Gas mark 6. Coat an 20cm loaf pan with cooking spray.
2) Place dough on a flat surface and knead in olives and rosemary. Roll dough out to a 28-by-20cm rectangle. Starting from the shorter end, roll up, jellyroll style. Place dough in prepared pan. Brush the top of loaf with olive oil. Bake 15 minutes, until puffed up and golden brown.
