Karahi Chicken

  • 750g boneless chicken
  • 20ml oil
  • 1 jar East End Nishaan Fried Onion Curry Base
  • 2 tbsp East End Nishaan Minced Ginger/Garlic
  • 400g East End chopped tomatoes
  • 1 heaped tbsp East End Tikka Masala Blend

Add oil to a pan and sear the chicken.

Add one complete jar of Nishaan Fried Onion Curry Base and mix well with chicken.

Add the Nishaan Minced Ginger/Garlic and chopped tomatoes. Stir fry on high heat for 2 minutes.

Add Tikka Masala Blend. Mix well and cook until the chicken is tender. Add salt to taste.

Garnish with fresh chopped coriander.

Serve with Royal Basmati Rice.
