Ingredients
For the dressing:
- 180ml mayonnaise
- 3 tbsps sour cream
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Pinch salt
- 225g Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsps red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp buttermilk
- Pinch cracked black pepper
For the salad:
- 400g wild greens salad mix
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- Walnuts, for garnish
Method
How to make Lady and son's salad
1) In a large bowl, mix all of the dressing ingredients together.
2) In another large bowl, mix together all the salad ingredients. Drizzle with dressing and top with chopped walnuts.
