Ingredients

  • 2 tsp instant dry chai spice blend
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges, to moisten rim of glasses
  • 240ml vanilla pod yoghurt
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 small can pineapple in heavy syrup (about 175g)
  • 30ml vodka
  • 60g ice
  • 120ml dark rum

Method

How to make Lassi come home

1) Place the dry chai spice on a small plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of 4 highball glasses to moisten. Dip the rims in the chai blend.

2) Combine all the remaining ingredients, except the rum, in a blender and blend on high, until frothy. Pour into the highball glasses and pour a hit, about 30ml of rum on top of each.
