Method
How to make Lavosh smoked cheese and ham pizzas
*If your market does not sell smoked mozzarella, substitute 300g of smoked white cheddar, shredded.
1) Preheat oven to 190C/Gas 5.
2) Cover two baking sheets with lavosh bread. Drizzle the lavosh with a little extra virgin olive oil and turn over. Layer the cheese on the lavosh. If you are substituting smoked white cheddar, scatter the shredded cheese in an even layer, allowing a little of the lavosh to still peek through.
3) Place the bread in the oven to melt the cheese, about 5 minutes.
4) Cut the lavosh into squares and dot each square with small ham strips, draping them over the cheese. Scatter chopped greens over the pizza squares. Drizzle the pizza squares with extra virgin olive oil and season with black pepper.
Transfer to a plate and serve.
