Lemon basil chicken salad

  • 1 rib minced celery
  • 4 tbsps Technique: Chop To cut large ingredients or dishes into smaller chunks using a sharp knife. You can chop using a serrated blade fitted inside your food processor. I know this Teach me, please chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 25g slivered almonds
  • 120ml sour cream
  • 120ml mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsps fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

How to make Lemon basil chicken salad

1) In a medium bowl, combine chicken, celery, basil and almonds.

2) In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add to chicken mixture, tossing gently to coat.

Cover salad and chill.
