  • 500ml vodka, frozen
  • 125ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

Method

How to make Lemon drop cocktail

1) Combine the frozen vodka, lemon juice and caster sugar and pour into a cocktail shaker with ice.

2) Shake well. Pour into six martini glasses and garnish with the lemon slices.
