- 240ml mustard
- 240ml good quality mayonnaise
- 240ml vinegar
- 210g granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2.25kg finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 diced sweet red pepper
- 2 tbsp celery seed
Method
How to make Leonard's barbeque sweet mustard coleslaw
1) Using a large mixing bowl, mix the mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and salt together until smooth. Put the finely chopped cabbage into a large serving bowl and pour the dressing over the cabbage.
2) Add the diced sweet red bell pepper and 2 tbsp of celery seed. Mix until all ingredients are evenly blended and then serve.
