Leopold's huckleberry sauce
Ingredients
- 200g huckleberries
- 65g granulated sugar
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 2 tbsps cornflour
- 1 1/2 tsps water
Method
How to make Leopold's huckleberry sauce
1) In a saucepan over medium heat, add huckleberries, granulated sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
2) In a small bowl, combine the cornflour and water. Slowly stir into the huckleberry sauce and heat until thoroughly combined and thickened.
