Light Banoffee Pots

  • 100g light digestive biscuits
  • 200g Carnation Caramel
  • 2 large bananas
  • 5 tbsp whipping cream
  • 170g tub 2% fat Greek yogurt
  • Chocolate curls or shavings, to decorate

Crumble the biscuits and divide between 6 glasses.

Spoon the caramel over the biscuits.

Top each with banana slices. Whip the cream and then fold into the Greek yogurt, finish the pots with a blob of the creamy mixture and top with chocolate shavings.
