Ingredients
- 57g litchi syrup, from the can
- 43g tequila
- 29g fresh lime juice
- 1 cup ice
- Salt
- Lime wedge, for garnish
Method
How to make Litchi margarita
1) In a shaker, combine the litchi syrup, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and ice cubes.
2) Close shaker and shake a few times. Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with salt.
3) Pour cocktail, straining the ice, into salted glasses. Garnish with lime.
