Lowfat green tea, honey and nutmeg smoothies

  • 120ml lowfat vanilla frozen yoghurt
  • 60ml chilled triple-strength green tea
  • 1 tbsp honey, plus more for garnish
  • 200g ice
  • Dash ground nutmeg
  • Dash ground cinnamon

1) Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into individual glasses and drizzle honey on top of each milkshake to finish.

2) Serve immediately.
