How to make Ma'ma's 7up Pound Cake

  • Preheat oven 325°.
  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Beat till fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time.
  • Beat well after each add flour
  • Mix in lemon extract and 7up.
  • Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
  • Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours
  • let stand for 15 mins
  • Turn out to cool.
  • And dust with powdered sugar.
