Shake well then strain.
350ml fresh lime juice
175ml lemon-lime soda (recommended: 7-Up)
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
75g fresh ginger, grated
1.5L boiling water
2 limes, juiced
1/2 teaspoon dried yeast
Combine all ingredients, stir well and place in a large container. Seal tightly and leave at room temperature for 24 hours or more. Strain and refrigerate until completely chilled.
