Mango and Lime Lassi
Ingredients
- 450 g frozen mango, thawed
- 225 ml milk
- 70 g caster sugar
- 475 g soft serve-style frozen vanilla yogurt
- 115 ml fresh lime juice, from about 4 limes
- Lime slices, for garnish
Method
How to make Mango and Lime Lassi
1) In a blender, combine the mango, milk, sugar, and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Add the lime juice and blend.
2) Pour into 4 chilled glasses and garnish with fresh lime slices.
