Ingredients
- 1 litre freshly brewed tea, chilled
- 500ml fresh mango juice, chilled
- 120ml gin
- 60 to 120ml simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves; cool)
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Fresh mango slices, for garnish
- Mint sprigs, for garnish
Method
How to make Mango ice tea with gin
1) Add the tea, mango juice, gin and simple syrup to a pitcher. Stir and refrigerate until chilled.
2) Serve in glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mango slices and mint.
