Mango ice tea with gin

Ingredients

  • 1 litre freshly brewed tea, chilled
  • 500ml fresh mango juice, chilled
  • 120ml gin
  • 60 to 120ml simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves; cool)
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Fresh mango slices, for garnish
  • Mint sprigs, for garnish

Method

How to make Mango ice tea with gin

1) Add the tea, mango juice, gin and simple syrup to a pitcher. Stir and refrigerate until chilled.

2) Serve in glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mango slices and mint.
