Mango-red onion salad

  • 2 cups cubed fresh mango
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper

1) In a medium bowl, combine mango, tomatoes, onion, lime juice, and cumin. Toss to combine. Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.
