Mango shake

  • 300g ripe mango chunks (about 1 mango)
  • 250g ice cubes
  • 245g natural yoghurt
  • 25g granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp star anise powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp mint powder (optional)
1) Put everything into a blender and process until smooth and creamy. 2) Serve chilled.
