Mango yoghurt white rum smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 450ml Greek yoghurt
- 120ml mango nectar
- 120ml white rum
- Crushed ice
- 30 to 60ml simple syrup, depending on sweetness of mangoes
Method
How to make Mango yoghurt white rum smoothie
1) Combine mango, yoghurt, nectar, rum and 200g of crushed ice in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Sweeten with simple syrup, if needed.
2) Divide among 4 glasses and serve.
