- 12 rock oysters
- 500ml tomato-vegetable juice (recommended: V-8)
- 1 1/2 lemons, juiced
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp steak sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- Celery leaves and stalk to garnish
Method
How to make Bloody Mary Oyster Shooters
Carefully remove the oysters from their shell and place each one in a shot glass.
Make the Bloody Mary mix by mixing the tomato juice with the remaining ingredients. Fill each shot glass with the bloody mary mix. Garnish with celery sprigs.
