Melon and mint slush
Ingredients
- 1/4 (about 500g) honeydew melon, peeled and seeded, cut into 2.5cm pieces (to make about 500ml juice)
- 600g crushed ice
- 60g packed cup fresh mint leaves
- 375ml ginger ale
- 100g sugar
Method
How to make Melon and mint slush
Add the melon, ice, mint, ginger ale, and sugar to a blender. Pulse until the mixture becomes slushy.
Pour into four glasses and serve immediately
