Melon and mint slush

  • 1/4 (about 500g) honeydew melon, peeled and seeded, cut into 2.5cm pieces (to make about 500ml juice)
  • 600g crushed ice
  • 60g packed cup fresh mint leaves
  • 375ml ginger ale
  • 100g sugar
Add the melon, ice, mint, ginger ale, and sugar to a blender. Pulse until the mixture becomes slushy.

Pour into four glasses and serve immediately
