Mexican hot chocolate

  • 2 (95g) tablets Mexican chocolate
  • 950ml milk
1) Cut the chocolate into small pieces. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a scald. Add the chocolate and mix with a molinillo or whisk until very frothy. Serve immediately.
