Mulled wine
Ingredients
- 1 bottle red wine, burgundy
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 cloves
- 1 whole nutmeg
- 4 (5 to 7-1/2cm) strips orange peel
- 4 (5 to 7-1/2cm) strips lemon peel
- 40g caster sugar
Method
How to make Mulled wine
1) In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a slow boil, and then simmer 10 to 15 mins. Serve warm in mugs.
