  • 1 bottle red wine, burgundy
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 whole nutmeg
  • 4 (5 to 7-1/2cm) strips orange peel
  • 4 (5 to 7-1/2cm) strips lemon peel
  • 40g caster sugar

How to make Mulled wine

1) In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a slow boil, and then simmer 10 to 15 mins. Serve warm in mugs.
