2) Add the sausage, salami, capicolla, tomatoes, onion and red peppers to the saute pan and mix well. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
3) Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas 4. Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4) Add all the ingredients to a large oven-safe dish, including the pasta and marinara sauce, and cover. Bake for 30 minutes.
5) Plate and top with fresh Asiago cheese. Serve with garlic bread or Italian butter bread.
