Noodle kugel
Ingredients
- 225g wide kosher for Passover egg noodles
- 55g butter, melted
- 450g cottage cheese
- 500g soured cream
- 100g sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 75g sultanas
Method
How to make Noodle kugel
1) Preheat the oven to 190C/Gas 5. Meanwhile, boil the noodles in salted water for about 4 minutes.
2) Drain the noodles and combine in a large mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 20cm by 30cm baking dish.
3) Bake until the sauce is set and the top is golden brown, about 30 to 45 minutes.
