Nutella Frappuccino

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • ¼ cup Nutella, reserve 2 tbsp spoon for the sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk (or to taste)
  • ¼ cup fresh roasted hazelnuts, reserve few for garnish
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • For the coffee:
  • 1/2 cup coffee beans of choice
  • 1 cup water

1. Blend coffee beans with water on high for 6 minutes. It should be hot and steaming.

2. Strain the coffee through a filter for better texture.

3. Add coffee, ice, milk, condensed milk, hazelnuts and ¼ cup Nutella into blender and mix on high speed until smooth and ice is completely crushed. Pour into glass.

4. Blend reserved Nutella and melted butter until smooth sauce is formed.

5. Add whipped cream and drizzle on Nutella sauce. Garnish with hazelnuts.
