- 3.50 lbs okra pods
- 2 white vinegar
- 1 quart water
- 0.33 salt
- 3 small hot pepper
- 3 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons dill seed
How to make Okra Pickle
- Pack okra firmly into hot sterilized jars.
- Put a garlic bud in each jar.
- Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Pour brine into jars.
- Seal and process 10 minutes at 180-200 degrees F.
- Let ripen several weeks before opening.
