Omelet with sour cream and caviar
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten with 1 tsp water
- 3g chopped fresh dill
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 5g butter
- 15g sour cream
- 1 to 2 tbsp salmon roe or caviar
- Whole chives, for garnish
Method
How to make Omelet with sour cream and caviar
1) In a bowl mix eggs with salt, pepper and dill. In a hot non-stick omelet pan melt butter, add egg mixture and make omelet. Slide omelet from pan to a serving plate. Dollop sour cream and salmon roe on top. Garnish with whole chives.
