Onaga poke
Ingredients
- 450g onaga (ruby snapper) cubed
- 2 Hawaiian chilli peppers, minced
- 50g limu kohu seaweed
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp spring onion

How to make Onaga poke
1) In a mixing bowl, mix onaga with the remaining ingredients. Serve cold.
