  • 450g onaga (ruby snapper) cubed
  • 2 Hawaiian chilli peppers, minced
  • 50g limu kohu seaweed
  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp spring onion

How to make Onaga poke


1) In a mixing bowl, mix onaga with the remaining ingredients. Serve cold.
