  • 45ml aged rum
  • 30ml cranberry juice
  • 30ml mango juice
  • 15ml banana liqueur
  • 15ml strawberry liqueur
  • Ice

  • For the garnish:

  • Sugar, for the glass rim
  • 1 fresh strawberry slice

How to make One day in paradise cocktail: Valentine's special

1) Add the rum, juices and liqueurs to a shaker filled with ice, and shake for 10 to 15 seconds.

2) Pour into either a large chilled, sugar-rimmed martini glass or a chilled, sugar-rimmed fluted champagne glass.

3) Garnish with a strawberry slice on the rim.
