  • 500g broccoli, rinsed and trimmed
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 35g panko bread crumbs

How to make Oven roasted broccoli


1) Preheat oven to 210 degrees C/Gas 6.
