Papaya-banana smoothie
Ingredients
- 250ml milk
- 60ml Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla essence
- 1 small ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 large, ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 200g ice cubes
Method
How to make Papaya-banana smoothie
1) Combine the milk, yoghurt, vanilla, banana, papaya and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
2) Pour into a large glass and serve.
