How to make Parmesan and thyme biscuits

2) Place the dough on a lightly floured board and roll into a 30cm long log. Wrap the log in cling film and place in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180C/Gas mark 4.
3) Take the log out of the freezer and remove the cling film. Cut the log crosswise into 0.5 to 1cm thick
