Method

How to make Parmesan crisps

1) Preheat oven to 200°C.

2) Pour a heaped tablespoon of Parmesan onto a silicone or baking paper lined baking tray and lightly pat down. A silicone baking tray is highly recommended. Repeat with the remaining cheese, spacing the spoonfuls about a 1cm apart.

3) Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden and crisp.

4) Cool and serve.
