Paula's laula luau coconut pie
Ingredients
- 60g butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 150g sugar
- 100g tinned shredded sweetened coconut
- 250ml coconut milk
- 1 (23cm) unbaked pie shell
Method
How to make Paula's laula luau coconut pie
1) Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas 4.
2) In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, shredded coconut and coconut milk.
3) Pour the mixture into the pie shell. Bake until firm, about 45 to 60 minutes.
