- 1 (900 g) package frozen peas, thawed in microwave about 5 minutes (or fresh, cooked peas)
- 6 sprigs fresh mint, leaves and softer stems only
- 340 g plain Greek yoghurt
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp unseasoned rice vinegar
- Special equipment: Food processor
Throw all of the ingredients into a food processor and whizz until smooth. Done!
