Ingredients

  • 1 (900 g) package frozen peas, thawed in microwave about 5 minutes (or fresh, cooked peas)
  • 6 sprigs fresh mint, leaves and softer stems only
  • 340 g plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp unseasoned rice vinegar
  • Special equipment: Food processor

How to make Pea puree

Throw all of the ingredients into a food processor and whizz until smooth. Done!
