Ingredients
- 125ml semi-skimmed milk
- 125ml non-fat plain yoghurt
- 250g frozen unsweetened peaches
- 1 tbsp honey, plus more to taste
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- Pinch ground ginger

1) Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
