  • 125ml non-fat plain yoghurt
  • 250g frozen unsweetened peaches
  • 1 tbsp honey, plus more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch ground nutmeg
  • Pinch ground ginger
