Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, (about 225g), halved and pitted
  • 240ml good quality dark rum
  • 1/4 vanilla pod
  • 1.1L cold ginger ale

How to make Peach punch

1) With a box grater, Technique: Grate Shredding a large ingredient to produce small, evenly-sized morsels. You can grate ingredients using a grating disc fitted inside your food processor. 2) Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours – more than that and the vanilla becomes too potent.

3) Add the ginger ale and serve.
