Heat a griddle pan and place in the pepper and onion.
Steam the shaved rump steak on top of the peppers and onions, until it is the desired colour.
Chop the steak into bite-sized chunks on the griddle.
Place the cheese on top of the steak and allow to melt.
Place the bread roll on top and flip the filling into it.
