Pizza biscuits

  • 310g package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 160g strawberry preserves
  • Strawberry fruit jerky, cut into 2 1/2cm diameter "pepperoni" rounds
  • 80g shredded white chocolate
1) Preheat the oven to 190C/Gas 5. Roll the biscuit dough into a ball and then roll the ball out on a lightly floured surface into a 30cm to 35cm diameter circle.

2) Transfer the circle to a baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.

3) Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Top with preserve, strawberry 'pepperoni' and white chocolate.
