Pomegranate margaritas

  • 65ml pomegranate juice plus a few fresh pomegranate seeds if liked
  • 125ml Tequila blanco
  • 30ml Triple sec
  • 50ml fresh lime juice
  • 350g ice cubes
  • Margarita salt and lime wedges to serve
1) Combine the juice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and ice in a heavy duty blender. Pulse until frothy and well combined.

2) Wipe the rim of each glass with a lime wedge then dip the rim in margarita salt.

3) Drop some fresh pomegranate seeds in the bottom of the glasses, if desired, and pour the margarita mixture over the top. Serve with the lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
