2) Mash the potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add the hot milk, butter, sour cream and salt and pepper, to taste. With an electric mixer, beat until moderately smooth. Don't over beat; a few lumps are nice.
3) Add the prawns and whip until mixed. Adjust the thickness of the mixture by adding more milk if desired. Stir in the paprika for flavour and colour. Reheat in the oven before serving, if needed.
