Prawns with Maryam Zaira Sauce

  • 240ml good store-bought, preferably organic, mayonnaise
  • 60ml harissa
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 500g shell-on cooked prawns
Mix together all of the sauce ingredients and put into a bowl for dipping.

Arrange the prawns on a plate for people to pluck, peel and dip into the sauce. Make sure you have enough in the way of plates or saucers dotted about the place for detritus.
