Ingredients
- 125g package fresh raspberries
- 100g granulated granulated sugar
- 60ml water
- 340g seedless raspberry jam
- 1 tbsp framboise liqueur
Method
How to make Raspberry sauce
1) Combine the raspberries, granulated sugar and water in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
2) Pour the cooked raspberries, jam and framboise liqueur into the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade and process until very smooth. Chill before using.
