Red hot santa tini

Far too spicy and sophisticated for Santa, save it for yourself!
  • Cocoa powder, as needed
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 60ml vodka
  • 60ml Godiva chocolate liqueur
  • 45ml double cream, sweetened with a pinch of icing sugar
  • Small Thai chilli pepper, for garnish
1) Rim a martini glass with cocoa powder with a pinch of cayenne pepper added.

2) Shake together vodka and Godiva chocolate liqueur and pour into glass.

3) Top with sweetened double cream.

4) Garnish the cream with a small Thai chilli pepper.
