- 8 to 10 centre-cut smoked bacon rashers
How to make Roast bacon rashers
1) Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas mark 6.
2) Lay the rashers of bacon on a sheet pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until really crispy.
3) Dry on paper towels to mop up excess fat and serve hot.
