  • 450g trimmed French beans
  • 450g cherry tomatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Method

How to make Roasted beans and tomatoes

1) Heat the oven to 230C/Gas 8 with an empty baking sheet on the upper rack.

2) Coat the beans and tomatoes with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. Pour the vegetables onto the hot baking sheet and roast for 22 to 25 minutes, until caramelised.

Serve as a side.
