- 4 (400g) rib-eye steaks
- 250ml soy sauce
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Rapeseed oil
Method
How to make Rusty rib-eye
1) Marinate rib-eyes for 1 hour in soy sauce, salt, pepper and garlic mixture.
2) Preheat griddle or griddle pan to medium-high heat.
3) Cook rib-eyes to desired doneness and enjoy.
