1. Heat the Nishaan Fried Onion Curry Base in a saucepan.
2. Add the Nishaan Minced Ginger/Garlic.
3. Add the East End Balti Masala Blend and stir well.
4. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir until tomatoes are purèed.
5. Add the spinach purée followed by the drained, canned new potatoes. Mix gently and cook on a medium heat for 15 minutes.
6. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste.
7. Mix well and serve.
